Meet Your Wellness Team

Our Founders

Pranamyra was founded by husband-and-wife Eszter Gozon and Troy Pyles, whose shared experiences with serious illness, caregiving, and recovery inspired a deeper exploration of integrative wellness.

Eszter Gozon

Eszter Gozon is the guiding vision behind Pranamyra. Her path to integrative wellness began through personal experience with serious illness and caregiving, which inspired a lasting commitment to helping others take an active role in their health and well-being.

After a 20-year career in engineering, Eszter followed her passion for alternative and integrative wellness and created Pranamyra as a place where personalized care, education, and practical tools for healthier living come together. She believes that nutrition, movement, self-care, and greater awareness of the body and mind can play an important role in supporting long-term health and vitality.

Eszter holds a Master of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). Her extensive background also includes training in massage therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Ayurvedic bodywork, prenatal yoga, and Reiki.

Today, Eszter's focus extends beyond individual treatments to guiding Pranamyra's continued growth as a welcoming resource for integrative wellness, education, and community.

Troy Pyles

Troy Pyles shares a longstanding commitment to wellness, education, and helping others find practical ways to care for their health. A cancer survivor, Troy's own path to wellness introduced him to yoga, Reiki, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, and complementary therapies that became an important part of his life and ultimately helped inspire the creation of Pranamyra.

Troy holds a Master of Science in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). He enjoys sharing pranayama, yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices in ways that are approachable and useful in everyday life.

As a full-time engineer working in a manufacturing environment, Troy understands firsthand the challenge of prioritizing well-being alongside work, family, and the stresses of modern life. His approach emphasizes realistic, sustainable practices that help people bring greater balance and intention into their lives, both on and off the mat.
