Massage Offerings

  • Swedish Relaxation

    The most common style of massage, light or firm pressure as you desire using quality lotions and cremes. Choose a 60-minute for complete relaxation or 90-minute if you need extra time on face, head, neck or feet.

  • Neuromuscular (Trigger Point) Therapy

    What is Neuromuscular Therapy? It is a set of tools for helping to manage myofascial pain and dysfunction, such as postural distortions and limitations in range of motion. Techniques can be gentle or aggressive, but can be modified for client comfort as needed. Trigger points, restricted fascia, adhesions from scars, and hypertonic muscles can be addressed. NMT is an effective complimentary treatment to chiropractic, acupuncture, and physical therapy, including for rehabilitation after injury or surgery.

We are truly grateful for your continued loyalty since our founding in 2016. We strive to maintain the highest quality services while keeping rates reasonable. Besides our standard pricing, we have a Medical Membership which allows for lower rates as long as a prescription for massage is provided. These can be obtained from doctors, dentists and chiropractors.

Standard pricing (shown below) will apply for Therapeutic Massage for non-prescription services.

Keep in mind, many Health Savings Accounts allow reimbursement for massage therapy services. Check with your insurance provider for restrictions and requirements. Pranamyra receipts contain the information typically necessary for reimbursement.

  • When obtaining a prescription or referral from your healthcare provider, please ensure it clearly specifies the treatment or service being recommended. The wording on the prescription should match the service you will be receiving to ensure proper scheduling, treatment, and documentation.

If you are unsure what information should be included, we encourage you to contact our office before your appointment so we can help ensure your prescription meets the necessary requirements.

Specialty Offerings

  • CranioSacral Therapy

    Non-invasive, light pressure reduces restrictions in the central nervous system to support the body’s natural healing process from injuries and traumas to head and spine, and it is also helpful for conditions like headaches, PTSD, ADHD and TMJ Disorder.

  • Foot Reflexology

    Specific points on the foot are manipulated to affect various organs and regions of the body.

  • Aromatherapy

    High quality therapeutic grade essential oils can be diffused or added to massage oil during any type of session (excludes Raindrop Technique).

  • Reiki

    Various hand positions are used on or near a person's head, limbs and chakras. Chakras are the subtle body's energy wheels and can be affected when certain physical or psychological imbalances are present. Can be added to the beginning or end of massage, or woven in throughout.

  • Abdominal Castor Oil Pack

    Usually an add-on to Swedish or Ayurvedic massage, warm castor oil is poured on the stomach, then a warm towel and hot stones are placed on top. Light or firm pressure abdominal massage follows to release deep tension or scar tissue and adhesions. Can last 15 to 30 minutes and included in most 90-minute sessions.

  • Dry Brushing (Garshana)

    Raw silk gloves are used to promote lymphatic flow and open pores in preparation for warm oil or herbal treatments. Usually done before abhyanga and can take 15-30 minutes in a 90-minute session.

  • Raindrop Technique

    Young Living's signature massage for restoring mind and body using 100% therapeutic grade essential oils - very relaxing and aromatic - oils applied to feet and back with specific traditional techniques.

Travel Massage Offerings

  • Postpartum (in-home)

    Ayurveda has a tradition of full body massage using warmed herbal oil (Ashwagandha Bala in a sesame base) to help a new mom restore her health, both physically and emotionally. Rates are for in-home.

    60 MINUTES $105 • 90 MINUTES $135 • 120 MINUTES $155

  • Chair Massage

    Great for parties, showers, and corporate events! Suggested increments of 10, 15 or 30 minutes. Event minimum of $150 or a $20 travel fee applies.

    1 MINUTE $1.50

We maintain protocols for the safety of our clients and therapists.

Please expect the following:

  • Clients must re-schedule if any symptoms are present

  • Face coverings are recommended but not required

  • Hand sanitizer and disposable masks are available

  • Full cleaning of contacted surfaces is performed between each client

  • Immediate hand washing up to elbows before & after each client

  • Cleanable moisture barrier over face rest, warmers & fleece pads

  • Linens fully replaced between each client, no “linen stacking”

  • Cleaning of non-permeable barriers, tools & dispensers

  • Office suite routinely cleaned

  • Maintenance of accurate appointment records
