Client/Therapist Policies
for Eszter Gozon, LMT

All clients are welcome and can expect fair, professional and courteous treatment. Clients are asked to exhibit courteous and considerate behavior in return. Please do not hesitate to discuss any concerns or questions.

Open communication is critical. Information gathered on the Client Intake Form must be accurate and complete in order to evaluate potential contraindications. It is the responsibility of the client to note changes in medical history between sessions.

Please note any concerns or preferences at any time before, during, or after a session. These may include depth of pressure, areas to be avoided, draping, types of techniques used, room or table temperature, noise level and smells. Reasonable attempts will be made to accommodate any special needs.

Clients may undress to their comfort level, but proper draping procedures are always employed as required by law. The areas being worked are uncovered, but breasts, genitals and gluteal cleft are always covered and never touched. Gluteal muscles are typically worked through draping or clothing.

Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated! In the event of any verbal or non-verbal sexual action, the session will be immediately discontinued and future appointments will not be scheduled.

Sessions will not be held for any client under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Kindly provide 24 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules to avoid a $20 fee. In the case of a “no-show”, the full cost of the session may be charged.

In the event of a late arrival, the session can be continued only until the remaining scheduled time; however, the full cost of the session may be charged.

Pricing can be found on the website at www.pranamyra.com. Cash, checks and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. A returned check may be subject to a $20 fee. Gratuities are accepted and greatly appreciated.

Any minor wishing to have a session must have written approval from his/her parent or legal guardian. A form will be provided. Any minor under the age of 15 must also have a parent or legal guardian present during the session.

All verbal and written information pertaining to clients and sessions is kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties except those required by law and those approved by the client on a Release of Information Authorization Form.
