Beginner's Yoga with Troy
Get the most out of your yoga practice! Whether you are a beginner or not, this yoga class will cover the basics of practicing yoga safely and effectively. No prior experience required, but all levels are welcome. Sitting, standing, breathing, meditating, prop use and modifications for common poses will be routinely covered. Different yoga styles will also be explored over time to introduce students to the variety of practices available.
Class will be held every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. Please bring a mat and a towel.
Zoom Mixed Style Yoga with Troy
This is a multi-level mixed-style class, combining Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, and other. All levels welcome, but suitable for beginners. Held on Zoom. Email pranamyra@gmail.com for a link.
