Yoga Workshops

Yoga Warm-Ups & Relaxation

Saturday, April 13, 10:00am to 12:00pm

Learn warm-ups to increase circulation, gently loosen muscles and joints, and prepare the heart and body for more intense practice. Proper preparation for yoga asanas reduces the risk of injury and helps benefit body, mind and spirit. Cost is $40.

Sound Bath & Yoga Workshop

Learn poses and breath practice while you gain Ayurvedic insight into how to manage this life transition with grace and ease. Cost is $45.

Relax into the resonant vibrations of a sound bath. Watch tension melt away from the mind and body as you listen to the instruments and voice under the influence of intention for well-being. Musician and yoga teacher Charlene presents a relaxing workshop of yoga and sound, beginning with a gentle Hatha series followed by her singing,
chanting, and playing a variety of instruments. Experience wellness and wholeness and be filled with inspiration! Cost is $40.

Weekly Yoga Offerings

Beginner’s Yoga

Join Troy for a morning of easy basics suitable for any skill level. You will learn poses, breath practice, how to use props, and how to make modifications for safety and effectiveness.

1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month from 9:30 to 10:30am.

$15 per class. 5-class pass available for $60.

Slow and Deep Flow

This class, hosted by Kanchan, moves at a slower pace than a typical Vinyasa and will help you build a foundation in basic Hatha yoga postures, terminology and philosophy.

Tuesdays from 6 to 7pm.

$15 per class. 5-class pass available for $60.

Gentle Yoga

This gentle, beginner-friendly Hatha yoga class, taught by Charlene, will leave you stretched, toned, and integrated. She will lead you expertly through the poses and will then offer a short sound bath to inspire and relax during Savasana.

Tuesdays from 10 to 11am.

$15 per class. 5-class pass available for $60.

Serene Gentle Yoga

Join Vandana Rajagopal in indulging in gentle stretches, deep breathing, and relaxation techniques, allowing you to unwind and restore both your body and mind.

Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
